The location of this place is excellent, just a short taxi ride away for a fraction of the price you might expect at the front desk.

The proximity to city center.
1. The staff are not trained to handle essential services such as check- in and check-out. The staff wanted to withhold my passport as a guarantee for payment - what a stone age way of doing business! 2. the check-out staff was the restaurant staff. nothing's wrong with cross-functional deployment, provided ample training is provided. he could not handle the credit card payment machine. 3. no security guard. 4. no concierge - i had to hail my own cab. 5. breakfast selection is pathetic. 6. Gym and pool are not ready. This was not stated in the Booked.net website.

It was close to the facility in which I was working.
No hot water on both days I was there, had a cold shower each day. Breakfast was awful, food was all cold and only had instant coffee.
